The video showcases a robotic palletising solution implemented at Eurosubstrat's Callac site in France using a KUKA KR QUANTEC PA robot. Designed and integrated by Hubert Process, the automated cell addresses challenges related to product variability, operator ergonomics, and production efficiency. The solution increases palletising capacity from 4–5 to 12 pallets per hour while improving workplace safety and process reliability. The case study demonstrates how industrial robots help agricultural SMEs achieve sustainable automation and remain competitive in demanding international markets.
