Tesollo Begins IPO Process to Accelerate Robotic Hand Technology Expansion

ByAyshathul Mushrifa

Tesollo, a South Korean specialist in robotic hand technologies, has officially begun preparations for its initial public offering (IPO) through Korea's technology-special listing track.

The company appointed KB Securities as its lead underwriter in March and is currently preparing for a planned listing target after 2027.

Tesollo also completed its Series B funding round with follow-on investments from POSCO Technology Investment, KB Investment, and Enlight Ventures, alongside strategic investors Daesung Hi-Tech and HL Mando.

The business has established strong technological competitiveness in industrial automation and humanoid robotics through its multi-jointed Delto Gripper series and proprietary actuator technology.

Its hardware, combined with AI-based manipulation control algorithms, enables precise handling across manufacturing, logistics, and research, driving overseas expansion into 19 countries including the U.S., China, and Japan.

Young-Jin Kim, CEO of Tesollo, stated:

"Through our IPO, we aim to establish a corporate foundation that global customers can trust and accelerate our expansion into overseas markets. By strengthening our mass production capabilities and advancing our core technology development, we will continue to grow into a global leader in the robotic hand sector."

With overseas sales now surpassing domestic revenue, Tesollo is leveraging its proprietary hardware and AI algorithms to build global market leadership in humanoid robotic hands.
