Robust.AI Partners with O'Neill Logistics to Deploy 24 Carter Robots

Robust.AI has announced a partnership with O'Neill Logistics to deploy 24 Carter™ collaborative mobile robots across two major distribution centers located in Monroe, New Jersey and Savannah, Georgia.
Scheduled to go live in Q4 2026, the deployment will support retail, direct-to-consumer, and omnichannel fulfillment operations across O'Neill Logistics’ expansive network of nearly 2 million square feet of distribution space.
Robust.AI’s Carter robots are engineered to automate repetitive material handling workflows, reduce non-productive walking for warehouse associates, and accelerate order fulfillment cycles without requiring costly fixed infrastructure modifications on the warehouse floor.
Operating as software-defined collaborative systems, the Carter platforms support key warehouse operations including order fulfillment picking, point-to-point transport, and mobile sorting, giving 3PL managers the flexibility to adapt robotic tasks to shifting volume demands.
Stephen Reilly, Director of Industrial Engineering at O'Neill Logistics, stated:

The commercial deployment utilizes Robust.AI’s Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription framework, allowing O'Neill Logistics to rapidly integrate autonomous platforms and dynamically scale robotic capacity based on client demand.
