Booster Robotics Unveils Booster T2 Humanoid Platform for Embodied AI Development

Booster Robotics has officially launched Booster T2, its flagship humanoid robot platform designed to accelerate embodied AI development and help humanoid systems transition from demonstration capabilities to practical workplace applications.
The Santa Clara-based robotics company developed Booster T2 as a next-generation embodied intelligence platform, combining advanced bipedal locomotion, powerful onboard computing, and an open software ecosystem. The system is built for researchers, developers, and enterprises exploring real-world humanoid robot deployment across logistics, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.
Booster T2 features a bio-inspired humanoid structure with coordinated whole-body control across its legs, waist, arms, head, and end-effectors. The platform enables dynamic balance, object manipulation, continuous movement, and complex bimanual tasks in changing environments, allowing the robot to work alongside humans effectively.
The Pro edition integrates NVIDIA's flagship Thor computing platform, delivering up to 2070 TFLOPS of onboard AI performance. This computing capability supports real-time perception, multimodal understanding, task planning, and whole-body control directly on the robot, closing the loop between sensing, reasoning, and action.
Booster Robotics stated:
"Booster T2 is built to solve the fundamental challenge of enabling robots not just to complete demonstrations, but to work continuously in real environments and create value over time."
The platform is supported by Booster Studio, an embodied AI development environment that enables simulation training, reinforcement learning, imitation learning, Sim-to-Real transfer, and real-robot deployment through unified workflows. Open software interfaces and development tools allow academic teams, independent developers, and industry partners to accelerate innovation without building systems from scratch.
Booster Robotics aims to expand the humanoid robotics ecosystem by providing accessible hardware and software capabilities that bring more innovators into the field. With ongoing platform advancements, the company envisions humanoid robots unlocking value across increasingly diverse real-world scenarios in the coming years.
