The robot integrates a 2D vision sensor to detect the color and shape of each cake, identifying defective or substandard products. Equipped with soft grippers, it safely picks up and places soft foods without damaging them. Conveyor tracking allows the robot to locate each item on a moving belt, performing pick-and-place tasks with up to 0.01mm accuracy. Compliant with ISO Cleanroom standards, the robot ensures hygiene while increasing output, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency.
