Hikrobot x Donlim: Optimizing Material Flow in Small Home Appliance Production

Since 2018, Hikrobot has partnered with Donlim to transform its manufacturing operations from traditional high-volume production into a low-volume, high-mix model. By deploying LMRs, FMRs, QF Pallet Movers and CTUs integrated with Hikrobot’s RCS and iWMS platforms, Donlim automated material handling across raw material inbound, production line feeding and finished goods storage. The solution improved material availability, optimized warehouse space, reduced production coordination time from 2 hours to 10 minutes and enabled employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
