Unveiled following its vision at CES 2026, the Saros 20 translates cutting-edge robotics intelligence into a practical, fully autonomous cleaning system tailored for complex residential environments.
Building on embodied intelligence—integrating perception, mobility, and decision-making—the Saros 20 delivers real-time awareness and adaptive navigation. It moves beyond incremental upgrades, tackling challenges like high thresholds, deep carpets, and cluttered obstacles such as cables and pet toys, redefining efficient and intelligent home cleaning.
At its core, the AdaptiLift™ Chassis 3.0 enables dynamic mobility across varied surfaces. With liftable wheels, auxiliary supports, and a climbing mechanism, it easily handles thresholds and uneven floors. The system also adjusts height and brush positioning to optimize performance on both carpets and hard floors, ensuring consistent cleaning results.
Complementing this is the StarSight™ Autonomous System 2.0, Roborock’s advanced 3D vision technology. It recognizes over 300 object types with high-speed sampling, enabling precise mapping, accurate localization, and smart obstacle avoidance. Features like VertiBeam™ lateral avoidance enhance edge cleaning while minimizing entanglement and missed spots.
The Saros 20 delivers true whole-home coverage with a coordinated lift system that adjusts chassis, brushes, and dual spinning mops. Mops lift on carpets to prevent moisture transfer while boosting suction, and on hard floors, added downforce ensures effective removal of stains and spills.
To further enhance cleaning precision, FlexiArm™ technology extends reach into tight edges, corners, and low-clearance spaces, minimizing blind spots. Powered by a 36,000Pa HyperForce® motor and supported by a dual anti-tangle system, the robot efficiently handles pet hair, fine dust, and debris while reducing maintenance needs.
The system is paired with the upgraded RockDock®, which enables a near hands-free experience. It features hot-water mop washing, warm-air drying, automatic dust emptying for extended periods, and optional water refill and drainage integration—making it ideal for larger homes requiring continuous, autonomous operation.
