OlloBot Unveils OlloNi SS1 Cyber Pet at IFA 2026 to Address Household Companionship Gap

OlloBot, a Hong Kong-based AI robotics brand under BizConf Technology Co., Ltd., has unveiled the OlloNi SS1, a new cyber pet designed to bring proactive, emotionally responsive AI companionship into the home.

Unlike conventional smart devices that wait for commands, OlloNi SS1 is designed to recognize household members, respond differently to familiar people, approach users autonomously, react to voices and facial expressions, and build memories around repeated interactions, creating a sense of familiarity akin to raising a digital pet.

Powered by embodied AI, the system combines cameras, microphones, intelligent sensors, autonomous mobility and adaptive software to interpret vocal tones, facial expressions, behavioral patterns and environmental cues, allowing interactions to become increasingly personalized over time.

Lyn Fang, Founder of OlloBot, stated:

The robot features a proprietary 2+1 multi-screen configuration with two circular eye displays for visual emotional expressions and a central interaction screen. It identifies individual family members and pets, mapping household relationships for context-aware responses. With user authorization, vision algorithms can identify meaningful moments like shared laughter and celebrations, automatically editing footage into shareable AI Vlog clips.

Integrated environmental sensors help OlloNi SS1 understand room temperature, lighting levels, and spatial conditions for more natural, thoughtful interactions. Sensitive household data can be stored locally for enhanced privacy control.

OlloBot received an IFA Innovation Award in the Home Entertainment category, and the OlloNi SS1 drew media attention at the ShowStoppers event, including coverage from The Verge.

The company has postponed its Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to further strengthen product readiness and respond to regulatory and market conditions.
