Innok Robotics Shareholders Approve SPAC Contribution for Public Capital Market Listing

ByMohammed Thaif

Innok Robotics has cleared a major milestone toward accessing the public capital market after the Annual General Meeting of Yggdrasil SPAC 1 AG approved the contribution of Innok Robotics GmbH to the listed vehicle on October 21, 2026.

Shareholders also approved renaming the company to Innok Robotics Group AG and relocating its registered office from Augsburg to Innok Robotics' headquarters in Regenstauf near Regensburg. The structural changes will take effect upon entry in the commercial register, expected by the end of November 2026.

Innok Robotics GmbH will continue as the operating company and will be managed as a wholly owned subsidiary under the umbrella of the listed group, maintaining full operational continuity for customers, system integrators, partners, and suppliers.

The newly elected Supervisory Board held its constituent meeting on October 22, 2026, comprising Chairman Peter Mauritz, Deputy Chairman Jörg Hernando Gotthardt, and Holger Strotmann. The board appointed founder, CEO, and CTO Alwin Heerklotz as Chairman of the Management Board of the future group.

Peter Mauritz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the future Innok Robotics Group AG, stated:

"We are delighted that Innok Robotics has developed so encouragingly since we came on board as its first investor in 2021. With a tenfold increase in revenue since then, the who's who of the German and international industrial landscape as customers, a number of national and international Innok Robotics system partners that has risen to almost 40 since 2025, and geographic expansion, the potential for further growth is immense. Our clear target is to reach the EUR 100 million revenue mark in fiscal year 2030 at the latest."

Alwin Heerklotz, Founder and Chairman of the Management Board of the future Innok Robotics Group AG, stated:

"The approval by the Annual General Meeting is a historic milestone for Innok Robotics. For the growth phase ahead, the capital market opens up additional financing options that will allow us to make the most of the growth opportunities we have identified and to further accelerate our growth."

GBC AG published an initial coverage study on October 23, 2026, and management will present its growth strategy at upcoming events, including the Munich Capital Market Conference on November 11–12 and the German Equity Forum on November 23–25 in Frankfurt am Main.
