Vention and Universal Robots Unveil One-Stop Packaging Automation Solution at Interpack 2026

ByAyshathul Mushrifa

Vention has announced the European debut of its third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer (RSP) at Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf. The launch also includes an expanded modular conveying ecosystem, targeting growing demand for end-of-line packaging automation across the EMEA region.

The company, known for its full-stack automation platform, says the new system combines modular hardware, intelligent software, and rapid commissioning to simplify packaging workflows. The solution is designed to integrate case packing, conveying, and palletizing into a single unified automation environment.

Following its North American rollout, Vention is now positioning the Rapid Series Palletizer for manufacturers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The platform-based approach enables faster deployment of complete packaging lines while reducing traditional integration complexity.

Andrea Alboni, General Manager for EMEA at Vention, said:

“Manufacturers are increasingly under pressure to modernize their packaging processes quickly while remaining flexible.”

He added that the platform helps customers design and operate full end-of-line systems with reduced costs and faster payback periods compared to conventional automation solutions.

At Interpack 2026, Vention will exhibit alongside Universal Robots, demonstrating collaborative robotics integrated with modular automation systems for packaging applications.

The booth will feature a full workflow showcasing case packing with the UR10e, modular conveying systems for product transfer and buffering, and palletizing operations using the UR20. Together, these systems illustrate a continuous automated packaging line from product handling to final palletizing.

Vention emphasized that its modular ecosystem is designed to enable rapid deployment, with full palletizing systems becoming operational in as little as four weeks and complete end-of-line solutions delivered within approximately 12 weeks.

The company’s MachineMotion AI platform powers the system, enabling synchronized product flow, pressureless buffering, and fast reconfiguration of production lines. This reduces integration time while improving flexibility in high-mix manufacturing environments.

Vention noted that the solution is particularly valuable in industries facing labor shortages, where automation can replace multiple manual roles per shift while improving consistency and throughput in packaging operations.
