Unitree Unveils G1+ Humanoid Refresh Priced Near RMB 95,000

Unitree has introduced the G1+, a six-upgrade refresh of its G1 humanoid that retains the platform's value positioning while tightening motion, sensing, and always-on power options. The standard G1+ is listed at approximately RMB 95,000 tax-included. Pricing for the research-oriented G1+ EDU variant has not been published and is available through sales inquiry.

The refresh adds a two-degree-of-freedom neck with roughly -25° to 36° pitch and ±110° yaw for more natural head motion during inspection and dialogue. Motor packages are upgraded across the torso and limbs: shoulder and waist peak torque rises about 110% with heat down about 72% at matched torque, arm peak torque rises about 43% with heat down about 30%, and thigh motors cut heat about 28% at the same torque.

Perception combines a stereo pair with a 60 mm baseline, 2 megapixels, and about 110°×80° field of view, alongside a 1920×1080 wide mono camera, 3D lidar, and an abdomen wide camera. The head integrates five touch points for tap-to-talk and gesture unlocks, while far-field audio uses a six-microphone array in a four-front, two-rear layout with direction-of-arrival, noise reduction, and echo cancellation.

For extended demos and lab duty, a rear DC 54.6 V / 5.7 A external power port supplements the existing 13-series, 9,000 mAh hot-swap pack rated at around two hours of battery run time. The robot stands about 1340×450×200 mm at roughly 35 kg and folds to about 690×450×300 mm. The standard model offers 25 joint motors with about 3 kg arm payload, while EDU expands to a 25+45 degree-of-freedom kit with optional three-DOF waist and seven-DOF dexterous hands.

Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, an eight-core CPU, OTA updates, and a handheld remote remain part of the stack. Independent lab durability and outdoor autonomy scores were not attached to the launch sheet.
