RoboSense Announces Record H1 2026 LiDAR Sales Driven by Robotics Growth

RoboSense has announced record LiDAR sales for the first half of 2026, delivering 719,200 units globally and achieving a 169.6% year-over-year increase. The company’s robotics segment recorded significant momentum, with sales reaching 282,600 units, representing growth of 510.4% compared with the same period last year.
The Shenzhen-based robotics perception company continues strengthening its position in the Physical AI ecosystem through proprietary chip technologies, digital LiDAR platforms, and scaled mass-production capabilities. RoboSense solutions are being deployed across embodied AI robots, autonomous logistics systems, commercial cleaning robots, and other intelligent machines.
RoboSense stated:
"With continued advancements in in-house chip technology, product development, and scalable mass-production capabilities, RoboSense is positioned to support the next phase of Physical AI commercialization and provide reliable spatial intelligence foundations for robotics applications."
During Q2 2026, RoboSense recorded 388,900 LiDAR unit sales, including 97,100 robotics LiDAR units and 291,800 ADAS LiDAR units. The company highlighted its digital product portfolio, including the E1R and Airy series, while reporting that cumulative deliveries of its E Platform-based fully solid-state digital LiDAR products have exceeded 300,000 units.
The company continues advancing its perception technology roadmap through the EOCENE SPAD-SoC architecture, along with the Phoenix and Peacock chipsets. These developments are designed to improve spatial intelligence capabilities for robotics, autonomous vehicles, and Physical AI applications.
With deployments across more than ten application areas and more than 3,400 robotics customers worldwide, RoboSense is positioning LiDAR as a critical perception foundation for the next generation of intelligent machines.
