Oshkosh Corporation has announced a strategic equity investment in Nextera Robotics, an artificial intelligence and robotics enterprise developing autonomous solutions for construction project management and job site intelligence.

The investment reflects Oshkosh's disciplined approach to innovation, combining internal engineering capabilities with strategic partnerships to accelerate the development and commercialization of breakthrough technologies. The move strengthens the company's technical leadership across autonomy, AI, and connectivity while advancing its broader vision for connected job sites.

Nextera's Didge™ platform combines autonomous mobile robots with advanced vision-based AI and analytics to deliver continuous safety monitoring, quality control, progress tracking, and digital reporting. Operating alongside JLG's ClearSky Smart Fleet™ system, these capabilities offer site managers a comprehensive view of equipment metrics and site activities.

The strategic collaboration builds on Oshkosh's expanding portfolio of robotics investments, which the company plans to showcase during its CES 2027 technical demonstration.
