NVIDIA and Doosan Team Up to Build Next-Gen AI Factories

NVIDIA and Doosan Group have announced an expanded collaboration focused on advancing physical AI, intelligent robotics and AI factory infrastructure. The initiative brings together NVIDIA's accelerated computing platforms with Doosan's capabilities across industrial automation, power generation and advanced electronics materials, spanning Doosan Robotics, Doosan Bobcat, Doosan Enerbility and Doosan Corporation Electro-Materials BG.
Doosan Robotics is integrating NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Cosmos world foundation models, the Newton physics engine and Jetson Thor into its Agentic Robot OS — an AI-powered platform connecting perception, reasoning, simulation, learning and on-device inference. Simulation-to-real workflows, physics calibration and AI reasoning will enable collaborative robots to become more adaptable, task-specialized and ready for scalable deployment. The companies are also developing reference use cases for high-value industrial tasks such as depalletizing and sanding, as well as new robot form factors including dual-arm and humanoid platforms.
Doosan Bobcat plans to integrate NVIDIA physical AI technologies into equipment used across construction, landscaping, agriculture and material handling. The focus is on developing specialized world models that enable machines to perceive diverse environments, reason about changing conditions and perform tasks more autonomously, with a broader aim of establishing an industry-standard ecosystem for compact autonomous equipment.
Doosan Enerbility is exploring how its large-scale power infrastructure portfolio — including gas turbines, steam turbines, small modular reactors and hydrogen fuel-cell systems through Doosan Fuel Cell — can support NVIDIA AI factories and the NVIDIA DSX AI factory platform. Future collaboration could include power supply design for AI factory deployments, optimization of generation equipment and evaluation of low-carbon energy sources to address the growing power demands of accelerated computing.
Doosan Corporation Electro-Materials BG will support next-generation AI data center infrastructure through advanced copper clad laminate materials used in printed circuit boards for AI servers, accelerators and networking equipment. These materials are critical for maintaining low signal loss and high reliability in high-performance computing systems aligned with the NVIDIA MGX modular reference architecture.
The collaboration reflects a broader industry push to unify AI, robotics, power infrastructure and advanced hardware materials to support the rapid expansion of AI factories and accelerated computing environments globally.
