Hai Robotics to Deploy 1,500 Rack-Climbing Robots at European Fulfillment Center

Hai Robotics has been selected to provide automation technology for a new large-scale e-commerce fulfillment center operated by a leading European fashion retailer.

At the core of the project is the company's HaiPick Climb system, which Hai Robotics states represents the world's largest deployment of rack-climbing warehouse robots.

The retailer, already operating multiple HaiPick Systems across Europe, is expanding its strategic partnership through a deployment exceeding 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots within a single integrated automation system.

The new automated facility will support rapidly growing online order volumes through a highly scalable goods-to-person operation powered by HaiPick Climb double-deep systems.

Project highlights include a 30,000 square meter automated fulfillment operation, 1.2 million double-deep storage locations, and system throughput exceeding 24,000 totes per hour.

Bringing more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots together within a single system demonstrates Hai Robotics' ability to deliver enterprise-scale warehouse automation without compromising performance or efficiency.
