Geekplus and LPP Logistics Scale Warehouse Automation Across Two Polish Fulfilment Centres

Geekplus, a global leader in warehouse robotics, has expanded its partnership with LPP Logistics, the in-house logistics provider for LPP Group, a multinational fashion company. Together, the companies are scaling a "warehouse of the future" built on automation designed to make retail fulfilment across Europe faster and more resilient, turning a single successful deployment into a broader, replicable model.
LPP Logistics uses a tailored mix of Geekplus technology aligned to local operational requirements. Building on Geekplus' experience deploying large fleets of RoboShuttle and P-series robots across Europe, the programme applies proven system design and deployment processes across multiple facilities, reducing integration complexity and making go-lives faster and more predictable.
As European retail continues to transform, customer expectations for speed, accuracy, and consistency are rising, with peak seasonal periods creating enormous demand spikes. The Geekplus solution is designed to meet that challenge by enabling a highly scalable, robotics-led fulfilment operation that adapts as LPP's fashion assortment and SKU diversity evolve. Poland plays a strategically important role in European retail and logistics, and automation is a critical enabler of flexible capacity and resilient operations.
The automation provides 1.4 million automatic high-bay storage locations and 99% measured efficiency gains. Rather than replacing people, the system pairs automation with skilled human oversight, reducing repetitive manual handling and kilometres of walks so employees can focus on monitoring and exception handling. Across two LPP Logistics sites, more than 1,600 autonomous robots operate across racks and workstations, supporting hundreds of thousands of storage locations and totes, with storage reaching around 12 metres high.
Scalability is central to the project. Geekplus systems are designed so LPP Logistics can expand robot capacity, workstations, and overall throughput over time in line with seasonal peaks, changing storage requirements, and SKU growth. The Geekplus Robot Management System enables consolidated orchestration of large robot fleets, supporting 1,000+ robots within one site.
Hong Yu, CEO of Geekplus Europe, stated:
"Geekplus is proud to scale with LPP Logistics and extend our warehouse automation strategy across two fulfilment centres in Poland. For retailers, one of the biggest challenges is keeping high-volume fashion fulfilment fast and reliable, while staying flexible enough to handle seasonal demand and changing assortments. Geekplus is here to help close that gap by enabling high-density, fashion-focused fulfilment today, while giving LPP Logistics the flexibility to add capacity over time."
Sebastian Sołtys, CEO of LPP Logistics, added:
"Choosing Geekplus was about bringing measurable value to our fulfilment model - both by improving day-to-day operations and giving us greater confidence in our ability to scale. Geekplus technology helps us improve flow efficiency and throughput while reducing repetitive manual handling. Just as importantly, the deployment approach gave us the assurance we needed to expand across sites. With Geekplus as our partner, we can deliver reliable performance today while retaining the flexibility to scale in line with LPP's growing fashion assortment and changing seasonal demand, ultimately supporting a better customer experience."
At both locations, Geekplus supported a phased rollout focused on maintaining operational continuity and minimising disruption, so LPP Logistics could continue meeting customer expectations throughout the transition.
