ENCY Software and Stäubli Robotics Partner to Simplify Offline Robot Programming

ENCY Software and Stäubli Robotics have signed a global partnership agreement to simplify industrial robot programming by integrating ENCY Robot, a CAD/CAM-based offline programming platform, with Stäubli's industrial robot portfolio. The collaboration aims to make robotic automation faster to deploy and easier to manage for manufacturers using robots in machining, finishing and material processing applications.
The partnership addresses one of the industry's biggest challenges: converting complex CAD/CAM toolpaths into reliable robotic motion for real-world production. By combining ENCY Robot's offline programming, simulation and trajectory generation capabilities with Stäubli's high-performance industrial robots, manufacturers can streamline programming while reducing downtime.
Andrei Kharatsidi, CEO of ENCY Software, stated:
"Manufacturers do not need another layer of complexity. They need a clear path from digital preparation to real robot motion. Together with Stäubli, we are making advanced robot programming more practical and predictable through ENCY Robot."
The integrated solution enables users to program robots offline, simulate manufacturing processes, detect collisions and singularities, and validate robot trajectories before production begins. The platform supports applications including milling, grinding, cutting, deburring, polishing and laser processing, allowing manufacturers to optimize robot utilization while minimizing production interruptions.
Andrea Tagliabue, Global Leader of Application Experts, General Industry at Stäubli Robotics, stated:
"Advanced robotics needs programming tools that are powerful, but also practical for real production. By combining Stäubli robot performance with ENCY's offline programming and simulation capabilities, manufacturers and integrators can move more confidently from digital preparation to production."
The companies showcased the collaboration during the ENCY World Conference 2026, highlighting their shared commitment to making industrial robot programming more accessible across manufacturing sectors.
