Automha and Comau Showcase Integrated Logistics Automation Solutions at MODEX 2026

ByMedia Relations

Automha and Comau are showcasing their integrated logistics automation portfolio at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta, highlighting a unified approach to end-to-end warehouse operations. The collaboration targets growing demand for scalable automation solutions as the global logistics market continues to expand.

The joint offering covers the entire logistics flow, including inbound handling, intelligent storage, automated retrieval, order preparation, and synchronized shipping. This 360-degree integration ensures seamless connectivity across operations while supporting turnkey implementation and software orchestration.

“Our presence at MODEX 2026 marks an important step forward in Comau's expansion strategy into high-growth markets,” said Pietro Gorlier, CEO of Comau.

“In a global landscape where flow efficiency has become a critical competitive factor, we are bringing our long-standing expertise to new, dynamic segments. By integrating Comau’s robotics and digital capabilities with Automha’s storage systems, we offer a comprehensive modular ecosystem.”

At the event, Automha introduced NOVA AI, an intelligent assistant integrated into its warehouse management system. It uses real-time data to analyze operations, detect anomalies, and improve decision-making efficiency.

Built on a multi-agent architecture, NOVA AI provides insights through a conversational interface, eliminating the need for manual data analysis and reducing response times.

Visitors can also explore Quaterways, Automha’s multidirectional shuttle system designed for automated storage and retrieval. It moves seamlessly across aisles and storage channels, enabling faster operations and higher storage density.

Unlike traditional systems, Quaterways allows continuous multidirectional movement, reducing cycle times while improving flexibility in complex warehouse environments.

The system integrates with Automha’s warehouse management software to provide real-time control, optimize travel paths, and manage multiple pallet formats efficiently.

Automha is also presenting its Pallet Runner GTR and Pallet Runner 4D systems, designed for high-density pallet storage with compatibility across different warehouse setups.

Comau is showcasing its MyMR autonomous mobile robots, developed with Milvus Robotics, to enable flexible, infrastructure-free material transport across facilities.

These robots feature advanced fleet management, flexible navigation, and safety systems, allowing them to operate efficiently alongside human workers.

Additionally, Comau is presenting its MATE-XT GO wearable exoskeleton, designed to reduce physical strain on workers during repetitive tasks and improve overall workplace ergonomics.

Together, these technologies demonstrate a scalable and flexible approach to logistics automation, helping businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
