AGIBOT Hits 15,000 Robot Milestone to Scale Embodied AI Deployments

AGIBOT has officially announced that its milestone 15,000th robot has successfully rolled off its high-capacity Shanghai production line, representing a massive technological shift in the commercialization and scaled edge deployment of complex embodied AI platforms across industrial sectors.
The historical landmark unit is the AGIBOT G2, a specialized industrial-grade task robot engineered explicitly to manage complex material adjustments and real-world operational workflows within modern heavy manufacturing environments.
Since its founding in February 2023, the global robotics enterprise has moved quickly from early product validation cycles to structured, high-volume production, efficiently progressing from 1,000 units to critical benchmarks of 5,000, 10,000, and now 15,000 completed robotic systems.
This rapid manufacturing ramp-up underscores the company’s extensive operational capabilities in stabilizing standardized global component pipelines, multi-tiered quality control loops, robust assembly architectures, and automated hardware-software integration protocols.
Dr. Yao Maoqing, Partner and President of the Embodied AI Business Unit at AGIBOT, stated:
"The rollout of our 15,000th robot is not only an important milestone in AGIBOT's mass production and engineering delivery capabilities, but also a reflection of the broader industry's move toward scaled deployment in real-world settings. As the industry moves from proof of concept toward real-world application, AGIBOT will continue to bring robots into more real-world scenarios and advance the industrialization of embodied AI through scaled delivery and deployment."
This engineering milestone closely follows the success of AGIBOT’s factory livestream testing, where the advanced AGIBOT G2 completed approximately 100 cumulative hours of continuous operations managing real production-line quality inspection loops alongside human assembly specialists.
According to an official shipping data analysis from market research intelligence firm Omdia, the firm previously secured top ranking globally in total humanoid robot shipments during 2025 by capturing an authoritative 39% market share, confirming its long-term deployment scaling trajectory.
