ByAyshathul Mushrifa

AGIBOT hosted its UK AGIBOT Partner Conference (APC2026) in London, showcasing its latest embodied AI technologies while outlining an ambitious strategy to expand commercial humanoid robot deployments across the United Kingdom and Europe. The event featured the European debut of the new AGIBOT A3 humanoid robot alongside the introduction of a localized Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) business model designed to lower adoption barriers for enterprise customers.

During the conference, AGIBOT highlighted its commitment to building a sustainable embodied AI ecosystem through product innovation, strategic partnerships and localized deployment services. The company demonstrated how its humanoid robots can support applications across education, logistics, retail, exhibitions, commercial services and customer engagement.

William Shi, President of EU and US Markets at AGIBOT, stated:

"The UK is a strategically important market for AGIBOT's global expansion. Through APC2026, we aim to work closely with local partners to bring our embodied AI technologies into practical applications while using the UK as a foundation for broader deployment across Europe."

AGIBOT A3 features a lightweight 55 kg body, magnesium and titanium alloy construction, dual-battery architecture providing up to 10 hours of operation, and a 10-second battery swapping system for continuous deployment. The robot also supports multimodal interaction, shoulder touch sensing, centimeter-level UWB positioning and autonomous transportation, making it suitable for public-facing commercial environments.

The company also announced its UK Robot-as-a-Service model, allowing organizations to rent humanoid robots starting from £1,999 per day and quadrupeds from £899 per day. Partnering with local firms like Scancom, AGIBOT has initiated retail demonstrations in Milton Keynes with Smart City Consultancy while expanding footprint across Germany, Italy and Spain.
